Added class name to Main window, calling it OverlayWindow. Re-Enabled Always-On-Top, and Fullscreen settings back to the Main Window.
Moved Floating Menu so it isn't in top left corner. Added Passthrough Exceptions for Floating Menu. Execute start() to everything gets wired up and positioned correctly.
Removed old UI, added new Floating Menu.
