Updated to use new UI controls.
Added Music tab for Music playing. Ensure Chat Avatars tab isn't the first tab that we show when we open.
Removed Close button, and code associated with it, as we are switching from in-viewport Panels, to Popup Windows.
Created settings panel for UI interface.
